OMRI certifies generic materials and commercially available products as organic. They do not certify organic farms. They publish the OMRI Generic Materials List and the OMRI Brand Name Products List, both updated regularly, which identify products as being acceptable for certified organic production. Vendors can submit their products to OMRI for evaluation and possible inclusion in their lists.
