A one-day workshop designed for producers and processors seeking information on disaster preparedness for food production and processing operations. This multidisciplinary workshop addresses food safety and business operation security for Mississippi stakeholders. The aim of this workshop is to provide and outline ways to minimize the impact of natural disasters, intentional and unintentional contamination through the development and implementation of preventative food safety plans, business management, and crisis communication tools.

Registration is required either by mail-in brochure (PDF above) or online registration.

Workshop cost is $15.
