Water Lettuce

Water lettuce is a non-native plant that forms large colonies of floating plants and can cover a small water body in a very short time. The leaves are arranged in rosettes and are pale green to medium green or grayish with deep grooves radiating outward. Leaves may be as long as 6 inches.
