"Managing Difficult Customers" is a 16.5 minute video being shown as part of the curriculum for the Mississippi Public Water System Board Management Training Program. This video, produced by the Office of Agricultural Communications at Mississippi State University, is also made available to water systems that participate in the Mississippi Peer Review Program. Copies of the video are available to be loaned out to water systems or you can view the streaming video below. If anyone would like to purchase a copy of the video, VHS tapes can be purchased for $20 and DVD's can be purchased for $25.
