Crop Summary
This test was planted in a timely fashion, and it emerged quickly. Warm, moist growing conditions promoted good vegetative growth through mid-May. Droughty conditions beginning in late May stressed the corn severely. Late July rains occurred after significant yield reduction had already taken place. Hot, dry conditions during August caused rapid grain moisture drydown.
