Weather Summary

The initial group IV trials were lost due to excessive rainfall. The replant received favorable conditions for a quick stand establishment. Through the remainder of the season moderate temperatures and timely rainfall promoted good pod retention and fill. Disease and insect presence was light. Previous crops were a corn-cotton rotation on this site.
