Early maturing group check matured on 9/26.
* Ratings made by B. Keeling on 5/26/94, counted live and dead plants per
meter. Stand ratings were made after plants were noted dying in the field.
Phytophthora was isolated from plants in the field with race 10 being the
primary isolate identified. Plant samples were collected at the time stand
counts were made. Simple linear correlation for yield and live plants is
r = 0.11, P = 0.5212.
