Charles Dismukes of Kilmichael started tree farming at the age of 13. It’s no surprise Dismukes was named the 2011 Mississippi Forestry Association Outstanding Tree Farmer of the Year on Thursday. Dismukes career followed that saw him own his own timber company and work to further forestry on a national, state, and local basis. Reporter: Artis Ford.

This story has some great old photos and memorabilia from Dismukes' 4-H Project Book he had as a youth.
