Jackson, Mississippi.  More than 100 young people recently joined the growing list of Mississippians who have received "Congressional Awards" in recent years. Established by congress in 1979, the Mississippi State University Extension Service promotes the Congressional Award program in Mississippi as a way to recognize community service and other achievements by 4-H members.  Farmweek's Leighton Spann reports.
