Rex Lumber has finalized its sale of a portion of the old Columbus Lumber mill to Great Southern Wood Preserving.  Rex Lumber says it will employ up to 103 people in the next five years while it invests up to $30 million in the next three years.  Great Southern says it will employ 15-20 people and it will start operations in early February.
