Johnie Floyd Weems of Newton is the Mississippi Forestry Association's "2008-09 Outstanding Tree Farmer of the Year."  Weems died of apparent heart attack less than two months after receiving the award in October 2008.  He leaves a legacy of tree farming that his heirs intend to carry on.  Reporter:  Artis Ford.
