Bruce, Mississippi.  At a time when many dairies are going out of business, Lou Zemek has started one.  Zemek's dairy started milking cows in 2008. Starting a dairy is hard work, but Zemek has another job as well, a Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol administrator.  Reporter:  Leighton Spann.
