t was recognized early on the Mississippi Gulf Coast that quality child care had to exist before parents could work on the recovery after Hurricane Katrina.  Mississippi State University's Extension Service put together the nation's only program to handle a problem like this.  Anchor:  Amy Taylor.  Reporter:  Leighton Spann.  Original broadcast:  June 6, 2008.
