Synopsis: Mississippi Gulf Coast.  The Mississippi State University Extension Service played a great part in getting home-based childcare providers back in business following Hurricane Katrina in August 2005.  The "Nuturing Home Initiative" is responsible.  Childcare operators are now back to pre-Katrina levels.  Reporter:  Leighton Spann.
