Synopsis:  Memphis is still the cash cotton capital of the world. "The Cotton Museum" recalls the day when the Memphis Cotton Exchange and the surrounding neighborhood was the absolute center of the world's cotton trade. The museum has been opened on the old trading floor of the exchange. It features cotton's effects on the economics, the social and the music of the Mid-South.
