    Ford HERBICIDE DEADLINES - Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce is allowing aerial spraying(fixed wing aircraft) of hormone-type herbicides in winds above 5 mph through March 31st.
      DELTA NO FLY ZONES - No aerial application of glyphosphate, sulfosate, and paraquat herbicides during the periods indicated.

    Spann COTTON ANALYSIS - Cotton continues upward trend. O.A. Cleveland of cottonexperts.com says it's a similar pattern to 1994-95 when cotton futures topped out on the May contract and then trended lower.
    Spann SOYBEAN ANALYSIS - Ag. Economist Delton Gerloff says its difficult to price new crop soybeans with carryout the lowest since 1996-97. Harvest time prices could still go below $5.
