BROTHERS SENTENCED FOR CROP INSURANCE FRAUD - Dr. Harold Wheeler of Greenwood and Lawyer Wheeler, Jr. of Clarksdale sentenced in U.S. District Court in Oxford. The Court fined Dr. Harold Wheeler $20,000 and sentenced him to one-and-half years in federal prison. His brother was fined $5,000 and received a one-year prison sentence. Both will also serve three years of supervised release. |
