Leadership Development Program

The mission of the Mississippi State University Extension Service Leadership Development program is to enhance the skills of people to attain their full potential by providing research-based information, educational programming and leadership opportunities.

Major clientele served by the Leadership Development program are:

• Mississippi Homemaker Volunteers
• Master Volunteers
• Agencies Staff Development
• Community Civic Organizations
• Extension Personnel

Programs are conducted by Leadership Development Area Agents. To request a program for your group, review the programs available and contact your County Extension Director.
