What you need: Main ingredients:1 egg 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup applesauce 1 1/2 cup all-purpose enriched flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Topping Ingredients: 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tbsp. sugar |
What you will do: 1. Pre-heat oven to 400°

1 package of quick active
dry yeast |
What you will do: 1. Preheat oven to 425° F.2. Dissolve yeast in warm water in a medium bowl. 3. Stir in sugar, pre-made biscuit mix and half-and-half until dough forms. 4. Turn dough onto surface that is dusted with flour or the pre-made biscuit mix. 5. Gently roll the dough in the biscuit mix to coat. 6. Shape dough into a ball and knead 10 times. 7. Roll to about 1/2 inch thick. 8. Cut dough with a 2-inch cutter dipped in the biscuit mix. 9. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. 10. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes or until soft and puffed. 11. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown. 12. Serve warm with fruit, jelly, or preserves. |

Note: The biscuits do not have to be round. Any shaped 2-inch cookie cutter can be used, or cut the dough into squares, triangles, or rectangles to have a variety of fun shapes. Take the opportunity to teach the children shapes using the biscuits. This makes an easy and enjoyable learning activity. |

What you need: 2 eggs |

Serving Size: 2 pancakes
What you need: 3/4 cup flour |
2. Set aside. 3. Melt margarine in a small saucepan. 5. In a medium bowl, add egg, milk, and the melted margarine. 6. Whisk until well mixed. 7. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture. 8. Whisk until blended. 9. In a saucepan, put extra margarine in and heat until bubbly. 10. Use a 1/2-cup-measuring cup or ladle to spoon the batter into the pan. 11. Put some blueberries on top of each pancake. 12. Cook on medium heat until small bubbles appear at the top of the pancakes. 13. Use a spatula to check if pancakes are light brown on the bottom. 14. When they are, flip pancakes and cook for a few more minutes until both sides are light brown. 15. Remove and enjoy!!! |

What you will do: 1. Melt the margarine or butter in an 8-inch skillet over medium-high heat.2. Cook bell pepper, stirring frequently, until tender. 3. Reduce heat to low. Beat eggs and milk in a medium bowl. 4. Stir in bacon bits, onion, salt, and pepper. 5. Pour into skillet. Cook just until set, making sure to stir occasionally. 6. Spoon onto buns and top with cheese. |

What you need: 1/2 cup vanilla or plain low-fat
yogurt |
2. Mix together. 3. Cut plastic wrap into 4 large squares. 4. In a medium to large bowl, crush cereal. 5. Put 1/4 cup of cereal on each plastic wrap square. 6. Peel bananas and insert popsicle stick into one end of each banana. 7. Spread each banana with the yogurt mixture and lay on cereal. 8. Roll banana on crushed cereal to evenly coat. 9. Wrap each banana in the plastic wrap square. 10. Twist ends to hold. 11. Freeze or refrigerate until ready to eat. |

2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl. 3. Add milk and stir with a fork for 30 strokes or until soft dough forms. 4. Turn dough onto a well-floured surface. 5. Roll dough around to coat with flour and knead lightly about 10 times. 6. Cut dough into 9 strips with a floured knife. 7. Dip each strip into the melted butter, coating both sides. 8. Arrange strips close together in pan. 9. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown. |

What you will do: 1. In a 1-quart wide-mouth jar, add eggs, milk, cheese, and pepper. 2. Screw lid on jar tightly. 3. Allow child to shake the jar until ingredients are mixed. 4. Add butter to a large skillet and warm to medium heat. 5. Carefully pour eggs into skillet. 6. Let cook for one minute without stirring. 7. Using a wooden spoon gently stir eggs for 3 to 4 minutes or until eggs are cooked. 8. Serve immediately. |

What you will do: 1. Pre-heat oven to 400° F.2. Line muffin pan with paper baking cups or grease bottom only of the muffin cups. 3. Beat egg slightly in medium bowl. 4. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. 5. Fill cups about 3/4 full. 6. Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown. |

What you will do: 1. Heat soup and milk in saucepan over medium heat.2. Stir constantly until hot. Remove from heat. 3. Allow children to decorate toast with egg slices and bacon bits. 4. Spoon soup mixture over eggs. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!!! |

What you will do: 1. Add water, oats, and salt to medium pot. Heat until mixture boils.2. Reduce heat to low. 3. Using a wooden spoon, add applesauce and cinnamon. 4. Cook on low for 5 minutes. 5. Continually stir the mixture. 6. Pour oatmeal into bowl and sprinkle with brown sugar. 7. Allow oatmeal to cool before enjoying. |

What you will do: 1. Pre-heat oven to 350° F.2. Mix all ingredients except the bread. 3. Dip bread into mixture. 4. Place on a greased cookie sheet. 5. After all slices have been dipped, pour remaining mixture over bread. 6. Bake for 25 minutes. |
