What are whole grains?

Whole grain doesn't have to mean bread and cereals. Here are some whole grain foods: puffed rice cakes; corn tortillas or taco shells; graham crackers; pumpernickel bread; whole wheat pasta; rye bread and crackers; whole wheat bread, rolls, crackers; whole wheat pasta; and whole wheat cereals.
