2009 ServSafe^® Certification Courses
ServSafe^®is good for Food Service (Restaurant) and Child Care Applications. The fee for the class is $130.00 which includes the 5th Edition ServSafe^®book and the class. Occasionally there is also a small refreshment/lunch fee. Contact the person in the table below for each class date and time for specifics. 2009 - TummySafe^© Classes and Exams
General information only! For class/exam specifics, please contact the person listed in the table for the date you are interested in. TummySafe^© is ONLY for child care providers. TummySafe^© only accepts money orders made out to MSU-School of Human Sciences. TummySafe^© is offered as a traditional class and as a non traditional, self paced CD version. The traditional class is a one day class and costs $100. The CD version may be purchased for $25 using the form linked here and completed at the participant's personal computer, at their pace. Then the participant schedules an exam through their local extension office. The exam fee is $100. Multiple participants can use the same CD for 6 contact hours each whether they complete the exam or not.
