Beware of Phishing Scams!

If you receive unsolicited email asking you to give out or verify your personal financial information such as credit card numbers, passwords, etc, DO NOT RESPOND. The FBI reports that such unsolicited activity may result in identity theft, credit card fraud, or other types of fraudulent activity.

Statewide will never ask you for this type of personal financial information by email. We will also not call you and ask you for this type of confidential information. With the exception of a password, we already have this information on file, so there is not reason for us to have to ask for it. We do not know your password, and will not violate your security by asking you for it.

Please be aware that there are phishing scams currently being perpetuated that list the? Credit Union National Association? As the sender of the email. These are fraudulent emails. Please let us know if you received unsolicited emails such as this or any that purport to be from Statewide Federal Credit Union
