I have never been to an interactive videoconference before. What if I don’t know what to do?

At each interactive videoconference there will be a technician who is responsible for all of the equipment used. There will also be a facilitator at each conference who will take care of making sure you are comfortable and will answer any questions that you may have. The only equipment you will use in an interactive videoconference will be the microphone located near your seat. The facilitator will explain how and when to use the microphone.
