What are the use rates of Buctril?EPA approved the registration of Buctril on BXN cotton cultivars on Friday, May 8, 1998. Buctril use rates are 0.5 to 1.0 pint per acre, and can be applied from just before planting up to 75 days before harvest. Do not make more than 2 applications before cotton reaches 12 inches or 1 application after cotton is 12 inches tall. Do not apply more than 1 pint per acre per application or exceed 3 pints per acre per year.
