The arsenal of herbicides for soybeans is immense. With the recent introduction of transgenic varieties (Roundup Ready) and additional options on the way, it appears that virtually any potential problem can be dealt with.
Many options are available, but herbicides recommended by Mississippi State University are compiled in 4 publications each year.

These publications give a description of how to use the product, the time of application, amount of material to use and weeds controlled. Also, included are weed response tables listing the estimated levels of weed control that should be attained.
