What are the recommended herbicides for soybeans?
There are many herbicide options available for use in soybean production. In recent years, the rapid adoption of transgenic varieties designated as Roundup Ready® or LibertyLink® have allowed additional herbicide options for weed control in soybean. Mississippi State University delivers the latest information regarding herbicide options in soybean each year. This publication gives a description of how to use each product, the time of application, amount of material to use, and weeds controlled by each product. Also included are rotational crop restrictions and weed response tables listing the estimated level of weed control normally expected with soybean herbicides.
