How do I control sicklepod in watermelon?
There is no herbicide currently labeled for watermelon crops which will control sicklepod. Choose fields with no history of sicklepod infestation. Plant watermelon early and encourage rapid vine growth. Cultivate as late as possible to prevent sicklepod from germinating.
