How long can sweetpotatoes be stored?
Under proper storage conditions sweetpotatoes can be stored for 10-12 months and maintain high quality. This, of course, requires refrigerated storage to maintain the 60º F. during the spring and summer. They can be stored without refrigeration from time of fall harvest through April.
