Mississippi Horse Park The Mississippi Horse Park, Agricenter, and Fairgrounds, built as a cooperative effort by the Mississippi State University, the City of Starkville, and Oktibbeha County, is located on 100 acres, just south of the Mississippi State University main campus in Starkville. The Mississippi Horse Park's purpose is to provide unprecedented entertainment and service for exhibitors as well as spectators with the intentions of yielding goodwill for the Horse Park, Mississippi State University, Oktibbeha County, and the City of Starkville. |
