Mississippi Planning and Development Districts (PDD's)

Planning and Development Districts (PDD's) were created in 1969 by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA) to promote economic development. One of the ways PDD's foster economic development is through a variety of business financing programs. These programs are designed to help businesses grow and create jobs.

PDD's work directly with the business client to package a financing plan that meets the needs and credit criteria of the business. PDD offices offer several programs that could provide financial assistance for prospective businesses. For more information contact the PDD office that serves your county.
